Climate activists rallied Sunday at Barclays Center to urge Governor Kathy Hochul to put congestion pricing into effect on June 30. "We know that congestion pricing will improve air quality around the region,” said Danny Pearlstein, policy director of the Riders Alliance. “…If Governor Hochul has her way…my daughter and my son will continue to breathe dirty air."
