The NYPD arrested two adults after police discovered three malnourished children inside a Bushwick apartment on Tuesday morning. Police responded to 271 Linden St. where they found a 3-year-old boy, a 6-year-old girl and a 10-month-old baby girl showing clear signs of malnutrition. Neighbors described unsettling conditions, saying they rarely saw the children outside. One neighbor, visibly emotional, expressed frustration over the situation. “Those kids didn’t do anything.
