Brownsville Community Demands Action After Police Confrontation Leaves Two Civilians Injured

Residents wonder if a change in NYPD enforcement is necessary.

The NYPD says it deployed a malfunctioned taser and fired multiple shots at the suspect, striking two other civilians. A hot topic is if a change of force is needed within the NYPD.
