Brooklyn Man Accused of Multiple Hate Crimes Across Manhattan

An investigation by the NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office led to the arrest of Skiboky Stora in March.

A Brooklyn man was indicted for allegedly committing several hate crimes in Manhattan. Skiboky Stora, 40, allegedly assaulted, stalked and harassed strangers in a series of anti-female, anti-white, and antisemitic incidents. He was charged with three counts of assault as a hate crime, one count of stalking as a hate crime, and one count of aggravated harassment. “Skiboky Stora allegedly committed a series of hate-motivated incidents against several individuals based on their perceived gender, race and religion,” said District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
