An 11-year-old boy died while subway surfing in Brooklyn Monday morning, sources told PIX11 News. It happened near the 4th Avenue-9th Street station around 10:15am, according to the FDNY. Witnesses told police the boy was subway surfing on the roof of a G train when he fell off onto the tracks below. In a video posted to Citizen App, a police officer picks up a backpack off the train tracks where the boy had fallen and walks it to the platform. Click here to read more on pix11.com.
