A man was found dead with injuries in Bedford Stuyvesant Saturday afternoon, according to police. News 12 interviewed Jimmy Cooper, a man who says he found the deceased man. Cooper says they both live in the Gibb Mansion, a supportive services housing complex on Gates Avenue. The Gibb Mansion provides housing to 71 chronically ill and low-income residents.
