The building will serve a mix of family sizes and income levels, including an emphasis on larger unit sizes and a set-aside for formerly homeless individuals and families. The building will be an all-electric passive house building with solar energy and outdoor green spaces.

Rent for studio apartments range from $544 to $1,709; a one-bedroom is priced between $689 to $2,145; two-bedrooms run between $815 to $2,563; three-bedrooms range from $931 to $2,949; while a four-bedroom unit will cost between $1,024 to $3,275, depending on the family income.

Half of the units will be allocated to residents who reside in Community Board 1 and 3.

The lottery deadline is August 20.
