The Brooklyn man accused of murdering his neighbor’s 3-year-old child was ordered indefinitely locked up as more grisly details about the case emerge. According to court documents and police sources, 29-year-old Kevin James stands accused of murdering Denim Brown in East Flatbush on March 17, according to amny. Initially, it was indicated that the child suffered severe head trauma inside of 770 New York Avenue, which led to his untimely death. Brown was said to have been left in the care of James’ stepfather, who lives next door, when James apparently took the child into a vacant apartment on the building’s fourth floor.
