Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting outside a Williamsburg auto repair shop as 21-year-old Joharis Rivas. The shooting happened around 2:18pm Tuesday in front of 10 Meserole St. Investigators say Rivas was shot once in the head. He was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was pronounced dead. A witness told police the suspect fled the scene on a scooter.
