A 12-year-old was arrested related to the shooting death of his teenage cousin at a Brownsville NYCHA development Sunday, according to the NYPD. The 12-year-old now faces manslaughter, criminal negligence, criminal possession of a weapon and homicide charges, according to police. Police said the two were cousins. Josai Guy, 14, was found inside Brownsville’s Howard Houses on Osborn Street around 10:25am with a gunshot wound to the chest, police said Sunday.
