start by building truly affordable housing for seniors and non seniors in WELL OFF TO DO NEIGHBORHOODS IN BROOKLYN, they did the bait and switch at atlantic yards pacific park developments, that area is a transit hub, resourceful, desirable area, but rather put truly affordable units in bad neighborhoods, 4th ave in parkslope for example have plenty development sites, that can build truly affordable housing and alot of units can be built there 100% or 50/50, for the new year things got to change for the better for all who want to live in desirable, less crime, transit hub etc areas, the high income earners shouldnt be the only ones who benefit good neighborhoods, we will see for the next year, hopefully not the same BS
