A new eight-story mixed-use building could be coming to 134 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene.

Permits filed by Sebastian Mendez of Tankhouse Development say the development planned for the site at the intersection of Myrtle and Vanderbilt Avenues will be 85-feet-tall and include 26 residences, New York Yimby reports.

The concrete-based building will also include 3,159 square feet for commercial space, and have two cellar levels, a 30-foot-long rear yard and 18 enclosed parking spaces, plans say.

The lot is currently vacant so likely will not need demolition permits. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
