Mourners Demand ‘Justice’ at Wake of Abused NYC 7-Year-Old Julissia Batties

Heartbroken relatives of the 7-year-old girl killed while visiting her mother’s Bronx home over the summer demanded “justice” Monday night as the child was finally laid to rest.

Scores of mourners packed John’s Funeral Home in East New York, Brooklyn, for the wake of little Julissia Batties, who was found dead in her mom’s apartment on Aug. 10 with apparent signs of trauma.

“I want justice,” the youngster’s distraught grandmother, Yolanda Davis, said at the funeral home. “I want justice for my granddaughter â€" I mean it.”
