The Brooklyn Nets have partnered with Maimonides Medical Center and Industry City to open a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site, and the team is giving away free tickets to anyone who gets vaccinated there.

The pop-up location will be open on Thursday Aug. 12 to anyone 12 years or older, and does not require appointments or pre-registration.

Maimonides staff will be administering the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and handling all other aspects of the vaccination process.

The pop-up vaccination site will be located at Industry City in Sunset Park. Everyone vaccinated will be closely monitored by Maimonides medical staff for 15 minutes after the shot is administered.

Anyone who gets vaccinated at the pop-up will get a ticket to a Nets home game during the 2021-22 season and a Brooklyn Nets branded facemask. People can also enter to win a $200 gift card from an Industry City retailer.

Additionally, Ambulnz, in association with the Brooklyn Nets, are continuing to offer vaccinations at the Barclays Center Fan Testing site, located at 140 Flatbush Avenue.

Walk-in vaccinations are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00am until 6:00pm, without appointment.
