All My Children Daycare and Nursery Inc. has just secured a lease for 6,500 square feet of office space for its new corporate headquarters at 800 Empire Blvd. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The asking rent was $35 per square foot.
Thirty employees are expected to work in the office setting, which encompasses a ground floor and a lower level. The ground floor will be 4,500 square feet with the lower level being around 2,000 square feet.
