One person is dead and another is in critical condition after a massive multi-car collision in East Flatbush on Monday evening.
Police claim that a 24-year-old driver behind the wheel of a BMW 440i was speeding with a 23-year-old passenger in the northbound bus lane on Utica Avenue when he crashed into a BMW SUV that was attempting a turn left at Farragut Road.
The crash sent the speeding driver's car hopping onto the sidewalk, before hitting a light pole and a parked Mercedes outside H&V Auto Collision repair shop, police said.
