The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled Wednesday that a 12-year-old boy who died after his family said he was punched and bullied actually passed away from natural causes.

The autopsy revealed Romy Vilsaint’s cause of death to be peptic ulcer disease and a helicobacter pylori infection.
