Spring is here, and East Flatbush residents and volunteers took their spring cleaning to the streets last weekend.
Councilwoman Farah N. Louis (District 45), along with other organizations and nonprofit volunteer groups, such as the Department of Sanitation, the Sanitation Committee of Community Board 17, Elite Learners, Inc. and Strategy for Black Lives, joined together on Saturday to help clean up the streets around Preston Court and Farragut Road.
