The family of Tonie Wells held a rally Tuesday afternoon to call for the removal of two NYPD officers who they say didn't do enough to help save her life.
Wells was killed in a domestic violence incident in 2017 in Crown Heights. Elizabeth and Katherine Rivera, the mother and aunt of Tonie Wells, are calling on the mayor and NYPD to step in and do more.
