A Brooklyn sneaker store with ties to DJ Khaled had its Thursday grand opening fall apart after chaos erupted in a long line of waiting fans — and fireworks were tossed into the crowd, witnesses told The Post.
Roughly 100 sneakerheads had been waiting outside the Snipes store on Flatbush Avenue near the Barclays Center for the 11 a.m. opening when people tried pushing their way inside, one onlooker said.
Staffers "wanted an orderly entry and they asked people to step back and no one would step back," said the man who was among those in the line, but did not want to identify himself.
