Sunday, October 11, was the 35th Annual Restoration 10K Walk, Run & Ride, one of the premier 10K's held in New York City.
Restoration's 10K is a great way to bring together the neighborhood, as it welcomes people of all fitness levels and ages. Participants enjoy Bed-stuy's beautiful brownstones and energy as well as the camaraderie, and it is a perfect precursor for anyone training for November's ING Marathon.
The awards ceremony recognized top male and female runners across fourteen age categories. Cash prizes were given to the top three male and female runners in addition to gift cards generously provided by Brooklyn Running Co.
