Join Bridge Street Development Corporation for two consecutive Saturdays-- July 12 and July 19-- from 10:00am - 2:00pm at 456D Nostrand Ave for a two-day NeighborWorks America course on home ownership!
The 8-hour course will provide a certificate of completion that will show lenders and realtors you are qualified and ready to purchase a home. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about down payment assistance programs.
This 2-day workshop will cover:
- How to manage your money and understand your credit
- Understanding a mortgage and how to obtain one
- How to shop for a home using a realtor
- How to protect your investment
