Meet Ben Wells from Williamsburg. We got this dapper young fella at 14th St/Union Sq station waiting for the L Train to Brooklyn

New York City's mass transit system is the great equalizer.

Regardless of your cultural, educational or socio-economic background, if you ride the iron horse, you share an up-close-and-personal experience with the best (and the worst) of everything the city has to offer.

NYC subways are also where you can capture the flyest, most diverse and most unexpected displays of fashion and urban couture. Check out who we caught riding the iron horse this week donning their signature style.

This is Natasha from Williamsburg. Loved her layered style, rocking the flawless makeup and the crimson-red streak in her hair. She was great. I couldn't get my camera to act right. She literally held that pose for me for like 8 attempts while I tried to get it together. She was at 34th St., catching the 4/5 train into Brooklyn.
