Police Seek Suspect Who Stabbed Bed-Stuy Straphanger on Christmas Day

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are looking for the man who stabbed a 31-year-old straphanger in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Christmas Day. According to authorities, an unidentified man approached the victim on the southbound platform of the Franklin Avenue subway station on Dec. 25 at around 6 a.m. The victim told cops that the alleged suspect then stabbed him in the back and torso with an unknown instrument, before fleeing.
