The 2022 Stanley Cup Finals are set to begin on June 15 with the Colorado Avalanche facing off against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The entire series will be broadcast live on ABC, with a simulcast on ESPN3. Additionally, you can stream every game on ESPN+.

The Tampa Bay Lightning enter the series as the defending champions looking for a three-peat, as the team won the Stanley Cup the past two seasons. With a healthy core including Steven Stamkos, Nikita Kucherov, and goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy, the Lightning remain an incredibly strong team.

The Avalanche haven’t reached the finals since the 2000-01 season, when they took home the title. However, as the top seed in the Western Conference this year, the Avalanche entered the postseason heavily favored to win it all. During this year’s playoffs, they swept NHL superstar Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers in the third round.

Below, we rounded up everything you need to know to stream the Stanley Cup Finals without cable.

How to watch the 2022 Stanley Cup Finals
You can watch the Stanley Cup Finals on ABC, ESPN3, and ESPN+ starting June 18 at 8 p.m. ET.

ABC is included with most cable providers and you can access the network for free with a broadcast antenna in many areas. If you subscribe to cable, you can also watch the games online through ABC.com or the ABC app with your pay-TV account info.

If you don’t have cable, the cheapest way to stream every game live is with ESPN+. A monthly subscription to ESPN+ costs $7. With the finals set to wrap up before the end of June, you’d only need the subscription for a month to watch every game. The ESPN+ app is supported on most major connected devices. To see a full list of devices, check out ESPN+’s website.

You can also watch the Stanley Cup Finals using a live TV

service with ABC or ESPN3. The cheapest of these options is Sling TV ($35 a month). Though Sling doesn’t carry ABC, the Sling Orange plan includes ESPN3, which will simulcast every game of the series. For a limited time, new members can get $10 off their first month.

You can also use Fubo TV ($70 a month), Hulu + Live TV ($70 a month), and YouTube TV ($65 a month) to stream the Stanley Cup Finals. All of these services include ABC in their packages. Of these, Fubo TV offers a seven-day free trial, but it won’t cover the full length of the series.
