Pinky Cole, restaurateur and founder of Slutty Vegan Restaurant, will be in conversation with singer-songwriter and actress Naturi Naughton in Brooklyn to celebrate her flagship cookbook, Eat Plants, B*tch: 91 Vegan Recipes That Will Blow Your Meat-Loving Mind.
The event, hosted by Greenlight Bookstore, wll take place on November 16, 7:30pm, at Greelight Bookstore, located at 686 Fulton Street. It will be an unforgettable evening of meat-free revelry around the ninety-one delicious plant-based recipes created by Slutty Vegan owner, Cole, herself. Books will be available for purchase at the bookstore.
The conversation comes on the heels of the opening of the Atlanta-based vegan hamburger joint at 690 Fulton Street in Brooklyn on September 18, marking the brand’s first in the Northeast region and its seventh location outside of Georgia.
With mouth-watering photographs and easy-to-follow instructions, Eat Plants, B*tch celebrates Cole’s belief that it’s fun and accessible to cook and enjoy irresistible vegan comfort food.
