  1. So ridership was elevated due to the Belmont Stakes horse race on a particular Saturday. That’s an outlier day.

    More importantly, weekday ridership is still only 67% of pre-Covid days. That’s the key finding.

    Either people are working from anywhere but in NYC, or they’re are still avoiding public transit bc of crime concerns.
