Get ready from some seasoned craftsmanship and a practiced point of view:
Beginning Tuesday, May 24, through Friday, June 10, a group of painting seniors will showcase their artistic sides at the annual art show of the Northside Senior Center, located at 179 North 6th St, between Bedford and Driggs Avenues in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Friends and neighbors are invited to the opening reception on Friday, May 27, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm, to view the work of talented members of Northside’s long-standing painting collective.
These artisan seniors have been working since last year to compile a body of work that includes landscapes, still lifes and some surprises. And they will be selling all of their work at an affordable price.
Complimentary refreshments will be served.
Northside Senior Center is sponsored by Catholic Charities and also funded by the NYC Office of the Aging.
