Renderings have been released of a new seven-story apartment building being built on Bushwick’s Weirfield Street.
Permits were filed for the new building at 11 Weirfield St. earlier this year, and this week BFS Architect released renderings for the 17,255 square foot development, New York Yimby reports.
The building, which is near the corner of Weirfield St. and Broadway, will include ten apartments, lower-level commercial space and a community facility.
Renderings show the building with a tan brick façade with large punched windows and glass-enclosed terraces for select units.
Development is currently underway and is expected to be finished by summer 2023.
