Nearly 30 apartments have hit the city's affordable housing lottery on the Bed-Stuy border, records show.
The 28 apartments, found on Willoughby Avenue near Broadway, will go to those making 80 or 130 percent of the area median income, meaning applicants should have a minimum salary between $35,760 and $61,715 per year, records show.
The building comes with an elevator, outdoor terrace, shared laundry room, parking options and bike storage lockers, according to the listing.
