The storefronts on Nostrand Avenue between Gates and Monroe streets have been shuttered for two weeks since a three-alarm fire broke out on Feb 7.

The Department of Buildings have issued a vacate order for the four businesses and three apartments, all owned by a family for the last three decades.

Store owners say the pandemic has been hard enough, but they could be in real trouble if they can’t do the repair work and reopen soon.
