A man was fatally shot in broad daylight near the Crown Heights border on Monday, according to police.
Police found the man shot in the head just before 11 a.m. in front of a building on Empire Boulevard between Kingston Avenue and Lamont Court, according to the NYPD.
The man, who was in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
