Bushwick Avenue looks set to get a new 8-story apartment building after permits were filed for the East Williamsburg site, between Devoe and Ainslie Streets.
The proposed 80-foot-tall mixed-use building at 30 Bushwick Avenue will have 21 apartments, a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard, New York Yimby reports.
MHL Capital Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications and Mortar Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
No demolitions permits have yet been filed for the existing building.
