A local bike shop is reaching out to the community for help after it was broken into twice in the last month.

Bed-Stuy Bike Shop, which is found on Fulton Street in Restoration Plaza, lost thousands of dollars in damages and stolen property after an Oct. 28 break in and was broken into a second time only a few weeks later, according to a GoFundMe.

The business, which has been in Bed-Stuy for two years, is hoping to raise $15,000.

The Fulton Street shop has set up a GoFundMe to help recover the thousands of dollars lost.
