Meet Bushwick resident Ray Simone, a long-time collector of Large Format Fine Art Photographs and Poster Size Prints from the original camera negatives. In the 1970s and 80s, Ray would scour flea markets, street fairs, stoop sales and estate sales all across New York City and buy all the old camera negatives he could find. (Some of his glass plate negatives date as far back as the 1890s!) He now owns an amazing archive of original photos of Old New York—beautiful black and white photos that are not available anywhere else. Now BKLYN Sauce takes gives you a sneak peak inside his treasure trove of rare finds!
