Suspect Claudia Banton was nabbed Monday afternoon by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Jacksonville, Fla., for the Aug. 4 execution of 42-year-old Delia Johnson, shot in the back of her head after attending a nearby Brooklyn funeral, authorities said.

“I haven’t slept” since hearing of Banton’s capture, mom Delia Barry told the Daily News, adding she was “ecstatic” but has been told by authorities to say nothing more until the suspect is returned to Brooklyn.
