Brooklyn Man Charged In Penn Station Rush Hour Shooting: Report

A 27-year-old Brooklyn man has been charged in the rush-hour shooting of a man who was waiting for his wife outside of Penn Station earlier this week, according to published reports.

Marvin Bruce has been charged in the incident and was taken into custody at his Brownsville, Brooklyn home Thursday morning, The New York Post reported. Bruce faces charges of assaultwith the intent to cause physical harm and other weapons charges, the newspaper reported.
