The affordable housing lottery has launched for 183 Covert Street, a four-story residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

Designed by Shahriar Afshari, the structure yields 6,000 square feet and a total of eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $139,620.

Units have air conditioning and name-brand kitchen appliances and finishes. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. Electricity includes heat and gas includes stove and hot water.
