The vaccination buses are part of an effort to bring the coronavirus vaccine to under-vaccinated communities, tearing down any barriers that would prevent people from getting the shot.

This comes as Mayor Bill de Blasio says coronavirus cases are on the rise in the city for the first time in months, with a seven-day positivity rate of 1.43%.
