New Upscale Chinese Eatery Heading to Williamsburg

A new, upscale Chinese eatery plans to open in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Commercial Observer has learned.

Restaurateur Rudi Hung signed a 10-year lease for 3,750 square feet at 66 South Second Street between Kent and Wythe avenues, according to broker All Points Real Estate’s James Monteleone. Asking rent was $80 per square foot.
