An affordable housing lottery has opened for nine units in a six-story building at 2337 Bedford Avenue, at the corner of Tilden Avenue, in Flatbush. The building is one block away from the famous King's Theatre.
Of the affordable apartments, there are six one-bedroom units and three two-bedrooms available. Monthly rents start at $1,950 and top out at $2,200.
