A former college basketball player is driving his neighbors crazy by renting out the Brooklyn apartments he leases for music video shoots and rowdy all-night parties — one of which ended in shots being fired, according to building residents and a lawsuit.
AJ West, 29, a former center at the University of Nevada in 2015 who went on to play professionally abroad, is facing eviction for listing the two apartments he rents on Airbnb as pay-by-the-hour production locations or party spots — all while he fails to pay rent to his landlords, exasperated neighbors told the Daily News.
