A teenaged gunman who fired a stray bullet that grazed the head of a 5-year-old girl — and then fled to South Carolina — has been hit with attempted murder and other charges, and ordered held on $100,000 bail Friday.

Omar Gelin, 18, was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court, where prosecutors detailed the April 5 gunfire intended for a rival that instead injured an innocent child.
