Meet Josue Pierre: Running To Represent Flatbush In City Council

He came to Flatbush as a five-year-old in the late 1980s, his family settling in on Church Avenue across from the Holy Cross Catholic Church. His paternal grandparents, a homemaker and a cabbie, had immigrated before and lived nearby in Crown Heights.
