All Love Pop-Up Market Spreading Love This Valentine's Day and Black History Month

All Love Mkt will be held this Sunday celebrating love and the local Black creators spreading it

This Sunday, the All Love Mkt pop-up is being held at Brooklyn's Industry City in celebration of love this Valentine's Day and Black History Month.

The curated pop-up will highlight local Black brands, creators and artists, and will also feature food vendors and live music.

Natalie Hicks, who is organizing the market, said she chose to host the All Love Mkt during Black History Month and right before Valentine's Day to honor Black creatives by showing love to them.

"Showing love is an intentional act of showing up, hearing the stories behind the product, and buying from the heart," she said. "Every vendor at the market has hand created their products- when you support them, you are essentially purchasing a piece of art. "

She said during this pandemic, she saw Black brands and businesses continue to persevere with whatever resources were available to them. "While the world burned, it was the artists who continued to bring beauty and inspiration."

Vendors will have accessories, homewares, art, beauty and apothecary, food and tarot.

Hicks launched her own brand The Will to Adorn last summer and said she amassed a "network of positive, talented, and brilliant Black business owners," that received enormous support from the Brooklyn community.

The market will run from 12-6pm on Sunday, Feb. 7, at Industry City's Five-Two-A event space. Capacity will be limited, masks required and social distancing enforced.
