A Brooklyn man on an e-scooter was chased in East Flatbush by plainclothes cops who nearly crashed their car into him before arresting him in a takedown that broke his nose, according to a lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
Justin King, 29, was riding his scooter May 25, 2019, to get ice for a family barbecue when he alleged a Chevrolet Impala suddenly tried to knock him off his scooter.
