A 15-year-old has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the early morning Labor Day shooting that injured six people at an unofficial J'Ouvert celebration in Brooklyn.
Donovan Bailey, who is being charged as an adult, was arraigned Tuesday night on weapons, assault and attempted murder charges for the Monday shooting, which sent a 6-year-old boy and five others to the hospital, according to prosecutors.
