Donovan Bailey, who is being charged as an adult, was arraigned Tuesday night on weapons, assault and attempted murder charges for the Monday shooting, which sent a 6-year-old boy and five others to the hospital, according to prosecutors.

The teenager faces attempted murder charges for opening fire on the crowd in Crown Heights. Six people, including a 6-year-old, were hit.
