Brooklyn Cops Try to Get a Handle on Gun Violence as Another Man is Shot to Death in Broad Daylight

A 32-year-old man was shot to death in front of his apartment in Brooklyn on Wednesday afternoon — the killer apparently not caring who saw it or what cameras may have recorded his getaway, according to police.

The cold-blooded murder was the third shooting homicide in Brooklyn in less than 24 hours. Overnight, a 19-year-old man was gunned down in Sheepshead Bay, and a 28-year-old man was slain following a dispute in Weeksville.
