Mayor Bill de Blasio said Friday that 15 new locations would be added to the city's Open Streets and Open Restaurants program, which closes certain roads to cars to allow more room for outdoor dining.

Vanderbilt Avenue between Park Place and Pacific Street is among the new additions.
