'Conserve Power Please,' Con Ed Asks 96,000 in Southern Brooklyn

At his daily briefing Thursday, Mayor Bill de Blasio repeated the utility's request for residents to conserve power, saying, "I really want to urge people to act quickly. We've got to protect our electricity supply for all New Yorkers."
